Title: NetSuite & Celigo Integration Consultant

Location: Remote (US-based)

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Hourly Rate: $100/hr

Overview:

We’re supporting a growing retail brand in their search for a NetSuite Consultant with deep expertise in Celigo integrations. This 6-month remote contract will focus on optimizing and expanding their ERP connectivity using Celigo integrator.io, with a strong emphasis on systems commonly found in fashion apparel and e-commerce environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the go-to expert for NetSuite and Celigo integrator.io, leading the build, maintenance, and enhancement of integration flows.
• Design and implement integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems such as Shopify, 3PLs, WMS, shipping platforms, payment gateways, and marketing tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve flow errors, performance issues, and data mapping challenges in real time.
• Support ongoing NetSuite configuration needs, particularly those related to integrations (custom records, fields, scripts, saved searches).
• Provide best practice guidance around data architecture and workflow automation across the ERP and connected systems.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of NetSuite ERP experience, including hands-on work with core modules and system configuration.
• 3+ years of Celigo integrator.io experience, with proven success designing, deploying, and optimizing complex integration flows.
• Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation logic, error handling, and API-based integrations.
• Experience integrating NetSuite with e-commerce, logistics, and retail tools, especially platforms like Shopify, Loop Returns, ShipStation, Returnly, Salesforce, or marketing/CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working across Finance, Operations, and IT teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with scripting (SuiteScript, JavaScript), SQL, or other iPaaS tools.
• Familiarity with fashion or apparel-specific workflows (returns, bundles/kits, inventory by size/color/SKU, etc.).
• Prior experience in a high-volume, fast-growth DTC or omnichannel retail business.

• Contract Length: 6 months
• Remote: Yes (US-based only)
• Weekly Hours: Full-time preferred (~40 hrs/week)
• Rate: $100/hour
