What is the role and company?

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced OneStream Consultant for an interim assignment providing managed services to a global organisation headquartered in Europe. This is a remote working role, offered on a B2B contract basis for an initial period of 3 months, with potential for extension.

This opportunity is ideal for a OneStream professional who enjoys a mix of support and project work, and who can bring structure and governance to a growing EPM environment.

What will I be doing?

As a OneStream Consultant, you will:

User Support: Manage and resolve user tickets and queries related to OneStream functionality, ensuring timely and effective support.

Change Requests: Handle change requests, enhancements, and minor configuration updates within the OneStream platform.

Report Development: Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business users across finance and operations.

Governance & Process: Contribute to the development of governance frameworks and support processes to improve the efficiency and consistency of OneStream support.

Project Involvement: Participate in small-scale projects and initiatives to enhance the platform and its integration with business processes.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure OneStream is aligned with business needs.

What profile will I require?

Experience: Proven experience working with OneStream in a support or consulting capacity.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of OneStream functionality, including report building, workflows, and configuration.

Support Expertise: Experience managing support tickets, change requests, and user queries in a structured environment.

Process-Oriented: Ability to define and implement support processes and governance frameworks.

Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with remote teams.

Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Availability: Able to start on short notice and commit to a 3-month contract, with potential for extension.
