What is the role?
A fast-paced and international organization is seeking a Tagetik Finance Consolidation & Reporting Specialist to join its finance team in Zurich, Switzerland. This position is ideal for a responsible, hands-on finance professional with an international mindset and strong expertise in group consolidation, planning, and reporting within multinational environments.

What will I be doing?
- Contribute to quarterly financial closing and reporting processes, including data collection and validation
- Support the automation of interfaces between financial systems and consolidation tools
- Manage tasks across the group consolidation cycle, including intercompany transactions, FX analysis, consolidation journals, and system environment setup
- Serve as the point of contact for subsidiaries during data collection and reporting activities
- Support annual audit preparation at the group level
- Lead implementation of streamlined budgeting and planning processes, ensuring consistent logic and reporting standards
- Build and maintain reports (standard and ad hoc) for executive management and board-level review
- Develop dashboards and visual reporting tools integrating data from multiple systems
- Assist in periodic financial reporting and preparation of management presentations
- Support project revenue recognition and related automation efforts
- Consolidate and analyze planning and budgeting scenarios at group level
- Help define key performance indicators and decision-support metrics
- Oversee rollout of consolidation and planning tools across global entities, including user training
What profile will I require?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in group-level financial consolidation and reporting
- Hands-on experience with enterprise performance management (EPM) or consolidation systems
- Background in project controlling or planning processes is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable taking initiative
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI/reporting tools is an advantage
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
