SystemsAccountants is working with a client in the Chicago metro area to hire a Lead Anaplan Analyst for a direct hire position. This opportunity sits within a high-impact Finance Systems team, where you’ll lead the development and maintenance of Anaplan models supporting customer-level sales forecasting and financial planning. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on model-building experience and a background in Accounting & Finance or experience as a power user of Anaplan.

Full-Time | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite – Chicago Metro)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain Anaplan models across financial planning and sales forecasting
• Translate business requirements into scalable, functional Anaplan solutions
• Manage daily Anaplan app performance and support ongoing enhancements
• Integrate data between Anaplan and source systems (e.g., Oracle), ensuring accuracy and consistency

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of Anaplan experience with strong model-building skills
• Model Builder Level 1 Certification required; Level 3 or Solution Architect Certification preferred
• Background in Accounting & Finance or experience as a heavy Anaplan end user
• Proven ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions
