Due to a very encouraging period of growth, our corporate client is building up a Centre of Excellence team for their CCH Tagetik application, seeking experienced EPM application developers in Poland. This role requires technical skills and finance expertise to deploy and optimise CCH Tagetik, working with cross-functional teams to enhance financial reporting and streamline processes as part of our client’s digital finance transformation.

What will I be doing?

  • You’ll work with cross-functional teams to improve financial reporting, streamline processes, and support our digital finance transformation
  • Lead the full lifecycle development of EPM applications for finance and operations – from research, to design, architecture, development and maintenance
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor project members through all development phases
  • Optimise data architecture and build integrations with ERP/non-ERP systems
  • Develop business rules, calculations and automation for financial close, forecasting, and reporting
  • Drive system improvements and ensure security compliance
  • Align technology solutions with business needs and objectives

What skills will I require?

  • 5+ years of technical experience of implementing EPM/ERP systems, e.g. Hyperion, OneStream, SAP Analytics Cloud, IBM Planning, Anaplan, CCH Tagetik
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related
  • Knowledge of SQL, and proficiency in Relational Database and Data Warehousing Concepts
  • Extensive experience in data modelling and data integration
  • Familiarity with financial closing processes and related business procedures
  • Skilled in using systematic approaches to solve intricate financial problems
  • Strong communication and analytical abilities with proven cross-departmental collaboration experience
  • Experience with CCH Tagetik’s Analytical Information Hub (AIH) is a plus
