A leading professional services firm is looking to hire a Manager – Finance Transformation to join its growing consulting practice in Ireland. This role is focused on delivering high-impact finance transformation projects for clients across a range of industries, helping them modernise their finance functions through operating model redesign, process optimisation, and digital enablement.

What will I be doing?
As a Manager in the Finance Transformation team, you will:
- Client Delivery: Lead workstreams or small teams on finance transformation projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with client objectives.
- Process Improvement: Support clients in redesigning finance processes, implementing performance management frameworks, and adopting enabling technologies.
- Digital Enablement: Contribute to the implementation of digital finance tools, including automation, analytics, and cloud-based platforms.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with client stakeholders, including finance and IT leaders, to gather requirements, provide insights, and deliver solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
- Business Development: Support proposal development and client presentations as part of broader business development efforts.
What profile will I require?
- Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance transformation, consulting, or finance operations.
- Qualifications: Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, MBA, PMP, or Prince2 are advantageous.
- Expertise: Strong understanding of finance processes (e.g., reporting, planning, shared services), with exposure to digital tools and transformation methodologies.
- Project Delivery: Experience managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Language: Fluent in English.
- Location: Based in Ireland with hybrid working flexibility.
