About the Role: Were seeking an experienced Midland-based NetSuite Administrator to take ownership of the ERP environment and drive business process improvements across operations, supply chain, and finance. This is a high-impact role within a growing manufacturing organization, ideal for someone whos fluent in both NetSuite and the business challenges manufacturing companies face. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams, translating business needs into technical solutions, optimizing workflows, and ensuring NetSuite supports our growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: Serve as the subject matter expert for NetSuite across the organization. Administer and maintain NetSuite platform, including user setup, permissions, roles, and security. Develop, test, and deploy customizations, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and workflows. Partner with stakeholders in operations, supply chain, finance, and production to enhance business processes. Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing user support and training. Work with external consultants or partners as needed for integrations, upgrades, and larger initiatives. Stay ahead of system updates, best practices, and NetSuite releases to ensure platform scalability.
