About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Financial Consultant to support our finance and accounting teams on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong NetSuite expertise, especially in financial modules, who can provide hands-on system support, lead training sessions, and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing NetSuite system support and troubleshooting (financial modules: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, etc.)
  • Train and upskill internal users on NetSuite functionality and best practices
  • Identify and implement process improvements within NetSuite workflows and reporting
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams to optimize system usage
  • Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and training materials
  • Assist with saved searches, dashboards, and custom reporting as needed
