What is the context and company?

This opportunity is with a well-established multinational organisation headquartered in the Netherlands, currently investing in the evolution of its finance systems landscape. The company has implemented OneStream as its core consolidation platform and is now looking to strengthen its internal capabilities with a dedicated specialist to support both ongoing operations and future enhancements. Based in Amsterdam, this role sits within the Group Finance function and plays a key part in supporting the business’s financial consolidation and reporting processes.

What will I be doing?

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for the OneStream platform, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Manage and maintain metadata structures, hierarchies, and dimensional models within OneStream.
• Support users across finance and IT with issue resolution, training, and system guidance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners on system enhancements and upgrades.
• Contribute to ongoing and upcoming projects, including future FP&A-related initiatives.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure workflows, data integrations, and reporting outputs meet business needs.
• Play a key role in the continuous improvement of the consolidation module and related processes.

What skills and profile will I need?

• Around 5 years of professional experience in finance systems or EPM support roles.
• Hands-on experience with OneStream, particularly in metadata management, workflows, and user support.
• A solid understanding of financial consolidation processes and reporting cycles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks and improvements.
• Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus but not required).
• Experience working in an international or matrixed organisation is advantageous.
