Summary
We are seeking a technically strong Anaplan professional who can serve as both product owner and financial analyst. This individual will own the development and enhancement of Anaplan models while supporting broader FP&A activities. The right candidate will bring at least 4 years of hands-on Anaplan model building and systems administration experience, hold a Solution Architect certification, and demonstrate the ability to engage directly with business stakeholders.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being both a builder and an analyst—roughly 70–80% Anaplan ownership and 20–30% FP&A support.
Pay Range: $120,000-$160,000 DOE
Key Responsibilities
Anaplan Product Ownership (Primary Focus)
- Act as the Anaplan product owner, overseeing model design, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.
- Build and optimize models to support P&L reporting, KPI tracking, budgeting, and workforce/labor planning.
- Lead efforts to improve labor models, add forecasting capabilities, and introduce data visualization within Anaplan.
- Develop dashboards for FTE and other key workforce metrics.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Anaplan solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams.
Financial Planning & Analysis (20–30% of Role)
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Analyze financial and operational data, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and performance analyses to stakeholders.
- Support broader FP&A initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Anaplan model building and systems administration.
- Certified Anaplan Solution Architect (required).
- Strong understanding of FP&A processes, including P&L management, labor forecasting, and KPI reporting.
- High technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot, enhance, and integrate systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Must not require current or future sponsorship to work in the United States.
