What will I be doing?
In this role, you will:
- Lead the full sales cycle for financial software solutions, from prospecting to contract closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams including pre-sales, services, and customer success to deliver value throughout the client journey.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities through outbound efforts, referrals, and strategic engagement.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across finance and operations.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the product offering and communicate its value effectively.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to position solutions strategically.
- Manage your territory with a focus on growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.
What profile will I require?
Required:
- A background in business, finance, or a related field.
- Fluency in French and English is essential.
- 5–10 years of experience in field sales, ideally within financial software or performance management solutions.
- Familiarity with mid-market organisations and experience in both new business acquisition and account development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Experience using structured sales methodologies or qualification frameworks.
- A proactive, resilient mindset with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the region and occasionally internationally.
Preferred:
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Exposure to conceptual or consultative selling approaches.
- Creative thinking and adaptability in complex sales environments.
