About the Role
We are seeking a Senior HCM Systems Analyst to join our high-performing HR Technology team. This individual contributor role will focus on end-to-end support of our Human Capital Management (HCM) systems across all modules, including configuration, reporting, security, testing, and training. This role may evolve to include leadership opportunities based on experience and interest.
As a key member of the team, you will help drive optimization and continuous improvement within our live HCM environment. You will work cross-functionally with HR, IT, and external vendors, contributing to our enterprise-wide systems strategy.
Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize HCM modules across the full suite
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for key stakeholders
- Own system security, including access and compliance monitoring
- Create and execute test plans for new releases and system changes
- Deliver internal training and documentation for end users
- Serve as a strategic advisor to HR and business leadership on system capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system enhancements and projects
- Mentor junior team members; may lead small teams or initiatives
Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with HCM systems (Workday required)
- Proven ability to work independently and drive projects from concept to execution
- Strong consulting or financial services background preferred
- Deep expertise in at least 3 HCM modules; exposure to all modules preferred
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
