About the Role

We are looking for an HCM Systems Analyst to support our enterprise HCM systems across multiple functional areas, including configuration, testing, security, reporting, and training. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role within a collaborative HR Technology team that supports all active HCM modules.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a few years of experience looking to deepen their skills in a live environment, with clear paths for growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Assist with system configuration across core HCM modules
• Develop standard reports and dashboards to support HR operations
• Support user access and security administration
• Participate in system testing and documentation efforts
• Help deliver end-user training and materials
• Collaborate with senior analysts and stakeholders on enhancement projects
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day system issues

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience working with HCM systems (Workday required)
• Consulting or financial services experience preferred
• Ivy League or strong academic background a plus, not required
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
