Role Title: D365 F&O Systems Accountant

Salary: 65,000 plus package
SystemsAccountants are working with an established Global Utilities company who are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Support Analyst to join their Finance Systems team. This newly created role will focus on providing in-house support and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. Working closely with the Finance Systems Manager, you will support operational use of D365, assist with small projects, and drive system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day functional support across D365 Finance & Operations (L1-L2).
- Management of core finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash & Bank).
- Support change requests, system enhancements, and workflow improvements.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across financial modules.
- Work on small-scale enhancements and contribute to larger improvement initiatives.
- Document processes within process improvement initiatives.
- Support integration of newly implemented Supply Chain Management functionality.
- Act as a key point of contact for finance systems related support and queries.
Role Requirements
Experience
- 3+ years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Strong functional knowledge of core finance modules (GL, AR, AP, Cash & Bank Management).
- Proven experience in a support or implementation focused role within a finance function.
- Exposure to Supply Chain Management modules is desirable but not essential.
- Accountancy/finance background is a bonus but not required.
