SA is supporting a client that needs an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP & EPM Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of their Oracle Cloud platforms. Reporting to the Head of Business Solutions, you will ensure system stability, reliability, and data integrity while supporting the delivery of new projects and system enhancements. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business and lead a team of analysts, helping the platforms evolve to meet the organisation’s goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a global team supporting Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM applications, coordinating third-party support where required.
• Oversee daily system administration tasks including user management, chart of accounts updates, approval workflows, and project/task maintenance.
• Manage a rolling program of system enhancements and reporting requests.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and issues, escalating to vendors or Oracle support as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party consultants and support partners.
• Monitor Oracle’s application roadmap and quarterly releases, advising on updates and enhancements to support business needs.
• Maintain a holistic view of business processes and system configurations to ensure cross-functional impacts are considered.
• Participate in governance forums to provide updates, gather requirements, and prioritize system projects and enhancements.
• Oversee integration projects and acquisitions impacting the Oracle platform, ensuring successful, on-time delivery within budget.
• Support audit activities and ensure system controls meet governance and compliance standards.

Your Profile

• Extensive experience in Oracle Cloud ERP, ideally 7+ years, with a genuine interest in cloud technologies
• Oracle Cloud ERP Finance or Supply Chain certifications are desirable
• Experience managing complex business application environments with multiple critical systems and integrations.
• Strong understanding of business process flows and data dependencies.
• Proven team leadership experience, managing and motivating analysts.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, with experience working with senior business leaders.
• Solid project management and delivery experience.
• Experience managing vendors and leveraging third-party resources effectively.
