We are partnered with an organization seeking a Sales leader to lead their sales organization and drive growth for their Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) product. This individual will be responsible for building and leading high-performing sales teams, defining and executing the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, and accelerating revenue growth across new and existing accounts. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with previous EPM Sales Management experience looking to lead sales teams, strategy and planning across the United States!
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team focused on EPM software sales.
- Set clear objectives, coach team members, and foster a culture of accountability and success.
- Define, develop, and execute GTM strategy for the EPM product, including segmentation, positioning, and value messaging.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and other teams to ensure cohesive market execution.
- Identify emerging trends and competitive dynamics to refine sales strategy.
- Drive new customer acquisition while expanding opportunities with existing clients.
- Establish and manage pipeline growth, forecast accuracy, and quota attainment.
- Build strong executive-level relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics.
- Implement best practices for sales processes, deal management, and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of progressive sales experience in enterprise software, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), FP&A tools, or related SaaS/ERP/Finance solutions.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and building/leading successful sales teams.
- Experience developing and executing GTM strategies in high-growth environments.
- Strong executive presence, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
