Manager, Financial Systems – Oracle EPM Cloud

Our client has an exciting, newly created position within their finance organization for an experienced Financial Systems professional to help transform the finance function through enhancements to the Oracle Cloud EPM suite of applications.

In this role, you will take ownership of Oracle PBCS, FCCS, and ARCS. Our client is live across the platform but they will be looking for you to drive system and process enhancements. Prior experience in a lead role managing a team is required as you will be responsible for leading the EPM strategy and managing resources to successfully execute your vision.

Required experience

  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle EPM applications
  • 5+ years of experience designing, building and enhancing technical solutions
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across finance and IT
  • Strong Business Acumen – understand business needs, understand financial processes (budget, forecast, plan and close)
