We are looking for a hands-on Freelance consultant to support Group Reporting implementation with a strong focus on processes. This role sits between legal consolidation and ownership, ensuring smooth operations and effective data handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Group Reporting implementation, targeting a go-live end of the year.
- Ensure efficient processes for legal consolidation to parent organization
- Manage access handling and contribute to building an access management group
- Oversee data mapping, analysis requirements, and process improvements
- Act as a project leader with a strong understanding of consolidation processes
- Collaborate with Parent Oragnization and other stakeholders to drive implementation forward
- Ensure all operational follow-ups are managed in the planning system.
Requirements:
- Experience with Group Reporting and legal consolidation processes and system implementation
- Hands-on approach with a focus on process improvement
- Strong analytical and data-handling skills
- Not a system expert, but comfortable working within systems environments
- Ability to work collaboratively with Parent Organization and other stakeholders
- Based in Sweden, available for 2-3 days per week in the office
