Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist (NetSuite) – Remote / Ontario, Canada
We’re working with a well-respected non-profit organization that is looking to bring on a Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist with strong NetSuite experience. This is a remote-friendly contract role, expected to last approximately 8 weeks, with the potential to transition into a full-time permanent position for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process high-volume Accounts Payable transactions accurately and on time
- Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Manage weekly payment runs and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Support the accounting team with clean and consistent NetSuite usage
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite is a must
- Strong AP processing skills with attention to detail
- Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
- Available to commit to an immediate start
Preferred for Full-Time Consideration:
- Broader accounting experience (e.g., month-end, reconciliations)
- Experience working in a non-profit or charitable organization
