What is the role and company?

We are currently hiring for an Anaplan Consultant to join a high-impact transformation programme with a global organisation. This is a contract role for up to 2 years, focused on delivering scalable and efficient Anaplan solutions across financial and operational planning domains. The role is open to candidates based in Portugal, Poland, or Romania, and offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, international environment.

This position is ideal for someone who is Anaplan Solution Architect certified (or equivalent experience) and has been operating at a Solution Architect level for at least one year.

What will I be doing?

As an Anaplan Consultant, you will:

• Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of Anaplan models to support planning, forecasting, and performance management processes.
• Model Building: Translate business requirements into scalable Anaplan models, ensuring alignment with best practices and governance standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure successful adoption.
• Project Delivery: Support the full project lifecycle from design through to deployment, including testing, training, and documentation.
• Agile Delivery: Work within Agile teams to manage backlogs, deliver enhancements, and continuously improve the Anaplan platform.
• Enablement: Provide guidance and training to internal teams and end users to build Anaplan capability across the organisation.

What profile will I require?

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years working with Anaplan, with at least 1 year in a Solution Architect role.
• Certification: Ideally certified as an Anaplan Solution Architect.
• Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience in model building, data integration, and performance optimisation within Anaplan.
• Business Acumen: Solid understanding of financial planning, operational planning, or supply chain planning processes.
• Methodology: Experience working in Agile project environments.
• Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Location: Based in Portugal, Poland, or Romania.
