SystemsAccountants is working with a specialized Anaplan consulting firm to find a technically strong Anaplan Consultant to join their growing North American team.
Our client works with high-profile organizations across Media & Entertainment, Biotech, and Healthcare, delivering enterprise-grade planning solutions that actually move the needle on business performance.
The Role
You'll own Anaplan projects from requirements through go-live. This means architecting models, managing deliverables, coaching builders, and keeping clients happy. It's a blend of technical depth and project leadership, not one or the other.
What You'll Do:
- Drive full-cycle Anaplan implementations and model enhancements
- Design scalable solutions that align business needs with platform capabilities
- Lead and develop a team of model builders across North America
- Own quality assurance, performance tuning, and technical design decisions
- Manage client relationships, timelines, and project execution
- Build integrations, test data flows, and optimize user experience
- Help build reusable frameworks and accelerators for future engagements
What You Need
Must Have:
- 1+ years with Anaplan Level 3 certification, OR 2+ years with Level 2 certification
- Hands-on experience building and scaling complex Anaplan models
- Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, or operational workflows
- Track record managing projects and developing junior talent
- Strong communication skills with C-suite and finance stakeholders
- Canadian permanent residency or citizenship (no sponsorship available)
Nice to Have:
- Integration experience with CloudWorks, Anaplan Connect, or APIs
- Prior consulting or finance transformation experience
- Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL
- Agile delivery and documentation practices
