Salary – £80,000 – £85,000

Location: London (2 days in office, 3 days working from home)

Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for data and analytics? We’re looking for a dynamic Manager to drive our global clients analytics initiatives across the UK, US, and EMEA regions. You’ll play a crucial role in leveraging data to deliver valuable insights, optimise team performance, and foster a collaborative analytics community. This role will give the right client the opportunity to manager and mentor 2 Data Analysts and collaborate across the business, liaising at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Coach and develop your team of Data Analysts.

Analytics Delivery: Oversee the design and delivery of reports, dashboards, and insights.

Hands-On Development: Create complex dashboards and provide end-user training.

Collaboration: Work with senior analysts to solve complex data problems and develop innovative solutions.

Quality Control: Implement quality controls and enterprise standards for data reporting.

Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and improve reporting opportunities, enhance data literacy, and engage stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematical subject.

5+ years of leadership experience.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Agile qualifications (Product Owner and/or Scrum Master) are desirable.

Experience with SQL, Python, and PowerBI.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
