SystemsAccountants are working with a global services firm who are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Systems Accountant on a FTC basis. This role will involve maintaining, optimising, and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operation and it's associated periphery systems. Working closely with the Finance Systems Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting F&O through L1-L3 support driving continuous improvement and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily tickets with regards to D365 Finance & Operations.
  • Assist with month-end/year-end close processes and financial data validation.
  • Handle user queries, troubleshoot D365 & OCR issues, and coordinate system updates.
  • Extract and analyze data using advanced Excel functions where required.
  • Create dashboards and reports using Power BI
  • Assist in mapping and improving finance system workflows.
  • Identify automation opportunities and support system audits.
  • Develop user guides and provide training to finance users.
  • Collaborate with finance, IT, and external vendors on anything system related.
  • Maintain data integrity across financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets etc).

Role Requirements

Experience

  • 1-5 years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or Dynamics AX) in a finance or systems analyst capacity
  • Demonstrated experience supporting users in a finance systems environment
