About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Accounting and Finance to lead our finance and accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a blend of operational excellence, financial planning expertise, and deep knowledge of GAAP. The ideal candidate has experience managing accounting teams, driving process improvements, and utilizing NetSuite as a core financial platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and month-end/year-end close processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP.
• Oversee and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to executive leadership and board members.
• Own the NetSuite ERP system, driving optimization, system enhancements, and financial automation initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, HR) to drive financial accountability and strategic decision-making.
• Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team.
• Support audit and tax preparation processes with external partners.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and reporting.
