Role Title: Dynamics NAV / BC Support Consultant

Status: Permanent

Location: Remote

Salary: £45,000 plus package

SystemsAccountants are working with an established Services provider who are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 NAV/BC Support Consultant to join their team. This newly created role will focus on providing in-house support and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 NAV/BC. You will support operational use of D365 NAV/BC and drive system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide NAV/BC support queries (L1-L2).
• Ensure SLA’s are met through appropriate metrics.
• Problem analysis and data investigation associated to Dynamics.
• Drive and promote system improvement and best practice.
• Support in the implementations of ISV’s such as Jet/Continia.
• Ability to project manage and deliver Microsoft Dynamics Wave Releases.

Role Requirements:

Experience

• 1-3 years’ experience of Dynamics NAV/BC is essential
• Background in finance/accounting qualifications preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Great at problem solving and proposing solutions to deliver outcomes.
• Good attention to detail and analytical skills.
• MB-800 certification highly desired.
