Role Title: D365 F&O Consultant

Status: Permanent

Location: Limassol | Hybrid (3x days/week)

Salary: €70,000 + package

SystemsAccountants are working with a leading Cypriot based organisation who have embarked on a Transformation agenda migrating from Dynamics AX to Dynamics 365 F&SCM. The business is seeking a D365 F&O Consultant to work on the transformation of a large number of entities supporting all elements of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilites:

Requirements & Analysis

  • Lead workshops and requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders
  • Analyze business processes, pain points, and location-specific needs across international offices
  • Design solutions aligned to finance and operations requirements

Solution Design & Configuration

  • Design and configure D365 F&O modules, entities, and workflows
  • Customize system to meet diverse business and regional requirements
  • Ensure alignment between business needs and technology capabilities

Implementation & Deployment

  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and custom development
  • Manage data migration activities
  • Coordinate system deployment and go-live activities
  • Deliver user training programs

Testing & Support

  • Coordinate testing and troubleshooting activities
  • Debug system issues with internal teams and partners
  • Act as trusted advisor to key business accounts
  • Provide ongoing post-implementation support

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated on platform developments and AI-driven capabilities
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Candidate Profile

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

Experience

  • 7+ years hands-on experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365, Business Central, or similar enterprise accounting systems
  • Strong understanding of financial and operational business processes
  • Industry experience in specialized operational sectors highly advantageous

Skills

  • Excellent consulting and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages beneficial)
  • Technical proficiency including data migration tools
  • Development/technical skills desirable
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Proactive approach to identifying challenges and improvements
