Introduction to the Position

One of my clients has recently gone live with Dynamics F&O for their supply chain operations. They are now looking to hire a Systems Manager to lead the maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of the system.

This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and enhancement of their Dynamics F&O environment. The position requires on-site presence in their Leipzig office for 3 days a week, providing an excellent opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team and drive system efficiency.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance and support of the Dynamics F&O system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements.
  • Develop and document functional specifications and processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Dynamics F&O system.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities and best practices.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the system.
  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in Dynamics F&O.

Desired Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Dynamics F&O, particularly in supply chain management.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in system maintenance, support, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work on-site in Leipzig for 3 days a week.
