What is the role and who are the company?
The client is an international privately owned holding company with many businesses operating underneath it. This role is the first internal Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) specialist to join the team. Having recently implemented OneStream for group consolidation and further projects for planning in the pipeline, the workload is increasing rapidly and the need for a dedicated OneStream specialist is growing.

What will I be doing?
- Support the business users for all 1st and 2nd level support topics around EPM
- Conducting ongoing training to existing EPM users on various aspects of the OneStream application and onboarding new users to ensure high-quality and timely reporting
- Participating in projects to develop and implement new analyses and reporting models, particularly focusing on automating data loading from local ERP systems to OneStream
- Development reports and dashboards in OneStream and related tools
- Designing and setting up system interfaces between EPM software and various Group applications;
- Reviewing and configuring changes of financial consolidation, business planning and budgeting functions in OneStream according to the system stakeholder’s requests;
- Creating system guidelines and manuals for the organisation;
What skills will I require?
- University degree in IT/ Computer Science or Business/ Finance/Accounting
- 3+ years of experience with EPM tools, ideally OneStream
- Experience in administration, configuration, and testing
- Knowledge of SQL and programming as well as VB.Net would be a great advantage
- Experience in using MS Excel, including macros;
- Experience in using BI tools such as MS Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, etc.
