What is the Context of the Company and Role?

SA are working with a client in need of a Technical Support Specialist to join their Customer Support team. This role is crucial for maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and technical excellence. The role is focused in Corporate Performance Management (CPM)/ Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools, so is ideal for someone seeking a mainly remote role within Singapore where you can work from home.

This role cannot offer visa sponsorship nor candidates currently working outside of Singapore sadly.

What Will I Be Doing?

  • Providing remote support for customers, troubleshooting product configuration problems.
  • Responding to product-related customer inquiries and triaging issues.
  • Researching, resolving, and responding to complex technical issues across our application product lines while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborating with other teams to address support problems, training needs, and other emerging issues.
  • Submitting software bugs to the development teams for resolution.
  • Updating and maintaining technical knowledge base articles.
  • Ensuring all interactions with customers are handled positively and with urgency.
  • Leading by example and promoting information sharing, team-based problem solving, cross-training, and efficient case resolution.
  • Assisting in developing innovative solutions and building strong customer relationships.

What Skills and Background Will I Need?

  • A university degree in a technology or finance-related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience working with CPM/ EPM or wider relatedd Financial Management Software Applications.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software application troubleshooting.
  • Prior experience or certification with products such as Hyperion (HFM Hyperion Planning/ Essbase, FCCS, PBCS), OneStream, CCH Tagetik, , Blackline, SAP BPC, SAP FC, IBM Planning Analytics, Jedox, BOARD, or similar solutions
  • Experience with PowerShell, VB.net, Visual Basic, or any object-oriented programming.
  • Experience supporting customers in a Windows environment (Windows 10, Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, SQL, VMware, and/or Hyper-V).
  • Microsoft Certifications (Windows, SQL Server, Azure, Office-Excel).
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
