What is the role?
An international company is seeking a Digital Supply Chain Planning Expert (Kinaxis) to take the lead in rolling out and optimizing the Kinaxis platform. This hybrid role, based in Barcelona, is ideal for an experienced planning professional who enjoys being hands-on and driving functional excellence through digital solutions.
You will be part of a high-impact transformation team working across multiple business units to embed digital best practices in planning and decision-making.
What will I be doing?
- Design, configure, and implement Kinaxis modules, including supply planning, demand planning, and S&OP
- Collaborate with planners, supply chain managers, and IT teams to align business needs with platform capabilities
- Drive full project lifecycle: blueprinting, testing, go-live, and hypercare
- Optimize planning processes and models to improve service levels, inventory, and responsiveness
- Lead data integration efforts between Kinaxis and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP)
- Provide user support, training, and documentation
- Work in Agile teams to deliver planning enhancements and resolve incidents
- Act as a change agent for digital adoption and planning transformation
- Stay current with Kinaxis feature releases and planning innovations
What profile will I require?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, with 2+ years of hands-on Kinaxis RapidResponse expertise
- In-depth understanding of supply chain planning processes and KPIs
- Proven success in delivering Kinaxis planning solutions end-to-end
- Solid grasp of data modeling, scenario simulation, and analytics in Kinaxis
- Experience working in Agile teams and global project environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
- Analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into system solutions
