What is the role and company?

A global technology services provider is seeking a Program Manager EPM to lead a strategic initiative focused on enhancing financial performance and reporting capabilities. The group is privately owned and has an extensive international reach.

This role sits within the Finance transformation team and is part of a broader business value creation programme. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of a new performance management framework, working closely with senior stakeholders across corporate and regional teams

What will I be doing?

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of a financial performance improvement programme, including planning, execution, and integration of new systems.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including advisors, technical teams, and regional finance leads.
  • Ensure alignment between business and IT teams, managing dependencies and resolving bottlenecks.
  • Monitor project quality and guide technical decisions throughout the lifecycle.
  • Drive change management and user adoption across the organisation.
  • Support local and group-level teams with technical input and best practices.
  • Track progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions where needed.
  • Prepare and lead governance meetings, including steering committees and operational reviews.
  • Manage resources, budgets, and capacity planning to ensure successful delivery.

What profile will I require?

  • A master’s degree in finance, business, or project management, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience leading transformation programmes, ideally in an international setting.
  • Strong background in financial reporting, planning, or consolidation systems (e.g., OneStream, Anaplan, Tableau, SAC, or similar).
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise performance management tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Hands-on experience in FP&A or financial reporting roles.
  • Familiarity with statutory consolidation and management reporting frameworks.
  • Experience working with external consultants or system integrators.
