SystemsAccountants are working with a globally renowned not-for-profit organisation who have recently undergone a Systems Audit of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central who are seeking a Finance Systems Manager to lead on the support, development and enhancements of D365 BC ensuring the continuous improvement of the ecosystem.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead on the management of the 3rd party Managed Service Provider, being the primary point of contact on liaison on support.
  • Manage and deliver 1st-3rd line support across Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC
    • Functional Support for [AP, AR, GL, FA, etc]
  • Lead on the optimisation of their PMA tool (Progresssus)
  • Devise a Finance Systems Roadmap for Business Central and any further optimisations.
  • Manage a small team of Finance Systems resources including a Finance Systems Admin and an SME who has remained seconded from the Transformation programme.
