Financial System Manager – Cloud ERP
Join a scale-up company as Financial System Manager and lead projects to optimise, improve and rollout the Cloud ERP solution!
Working closely with the Business Stakeholders across Finance, R2R, P2P, O2C areas you will gather business requirements and work with IT partners to design best-practice solutions and processes. You will be involved in the configuration, set-up and improvement of the Financial System solution and integrated systems and will help to develop and drive a pipeline of functional and technical improvements.
The role:
- Financial System Analyst or Functional Finance System Consultant: get involved in projects to implement and improve the Cloud ERP solution Oracle Netsuite and related processes
- Functional Business Analysis, Requirements gathering, process mapping and solution design, together with the IT Solution Partner across all key areas: Finance, P2P, O2C, Sales, Operations
- Continuous improvement; System optimisation – configuration, development and integrations with 3rd party systems
- Provide End user support and deliver training on the new solution and processes
- Maintain and drive a pipeline of ERP improvement projects and optimisation work
Your profile
- 3+ years’ experience as Financial System Manager or Senior Functional ERP consultant
- Netsuite experience essential
- Experience implementing Finance Systems or ERPs, from requirements gathering through system design, build, testing, and rollout
- Strong Cloud ERP system experience, e.g. MS Dynamics 365, Workday, Oracle Netsuite, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP S4 Hana, or similar
- Business Process knowledge e.g. Financials (GL, AP, AR), P2P, O2C, Reporting, Controlling, FP&A
- Experience supporting end-users and improving the ERP solution post go-live, e.g. improving processes, leading development / deployment of integrations
