Financial System Manager – Cloud ERP
Join a scale-up company as Financial System Manager and lead the implementation of the new Cloud ERP solution!
Working closely with the Business Stakeholders across Finance, R2R, P2P, O2C areas you will gather business requirements and work with IT partners to design best-practice solutions and processes. You will be involved in the configuration, set-up and implementation of the new solution, and will manage the development and continuous improvement of the Financial System.
Post Go-Live you will develop and drive a pipeline of functional and technical improvements, including setting up mature, scalable processes across key areas, and leading integrations with internal and external systems.
The role:
- Financial System Manager – lead the implementation of the new Cloud ERP solution Oracle Netsuite and deliver post-live system improvements
- Functional Business Analysis, Requirements gathering, process mapping and solution design, together with the IT Solution Partner across all key areas: Finance, P2P, O2C, Sales, Operations
- Post-live continuous improvement; System optimisation – configuration, development and integrations with 3rd party systems
- Provide End user support and deliver training on the new solution and processes
- Maintain and drive a pipeline of ERP improvement projects and optimisation work
Your profile
- 3+ years’ experience as Financial System Manager or Senior Functional ERP consultant
- Netsuite experience essential
- Experience implementing Finance Systems or ERPs end-to-end, from requirements gathering through system design, build, testing, and rollout
- Strong Cloud ERP system experience, e.g. MS Dynamics 365, Workday, Oracle Netsuite, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP S4 Hana, or similar
- Business Process knowledge e.g. Financials (GL, AP, AR), P2P, O2C, Reporting, Controlling, FP&A
- Experience supporting end-users and improving the ERP solution post go-live, e.g. improving processes, leading development / deployment of integrations
