We are working with a market-leading, expanding company looking for a Head of NetSuite and Enterprise systems. This senior leadership role will be responsible for shaping and executing the roadmap for ERP and related finance tools, managing complex deployments, ongoing support, and strategic integrations across multiple regions and platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage teams responsible for ERP deployments, support, functional design, and enhancements
- Drive alignment with IT leadership to ensure consistency across enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders across finance, logistics, warehousing, and operations to capture requirements and translate them to system solutions
- Define and manage short- and long-term strategy for ERP platforms and associated tools
- Oversee third-party service providers and system integrators to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions and services
- Contribute to strategic planning related to M&A system integration and scalability of the application ecosystem
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in leading international ERP teams and projects (deployments, support, and system enhancements)
- Hands-on expertise with multi-country NetSuite implementations; additional experience with different ERP systems highly desirable
- Exposure to complementary tools such as Salesforce, Kyriba, OneStream, Kefron, Sovos or similar back-office solutions
- 10–15 years of experience in enterprise applications, ideally in a multinational context
- Strong leadership background in finance, logistics, or operations-related functional domains
- Fluent in English; a second European language is a plus
