What is the context and company?
This is a newly created leadership role with a fast-growing enterprise software vendor specialising in performance management and financial planning solutions. Backed by strong global brand and a global growth strategy, the company is expanding its footprint in Hong Kong and China and is seeking a senior commercial leader to drive this next phase of development. The business offers a modern, cloud-native EPM platform and is gaining strong traction across enterprise clients in the Hong Kong and Asia markets. The role is ideally based in Hong Kong and will be instrumental in shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy in the region.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a scale-up environment and is motivated by building and leading high-performing teams.
What will I be doing?
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of Account Executives focused on new business and strategic account expansion.
- Drive channel sales with partner community, enhance processes, relationships and results.
- Define and execute the regional sales strategy in alignment with global objectives.
- Build strong relationships with key enterprise clients and prospects across sectors.
- Drive pipeline generation, deal progression, and revenue growth across the French market.
- Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Report directly to senior global leadership and contribute to broader commercial planning.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
What skills and profile will I need?
- Proven experience in enterprise software sales, ideally within the EPM, Conso, FP&A, or broader finance technology space e.g. Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, BOARD, CCH Tagetik, Jedox, kShuttle, IBM, OneStream, Oracle EPM (FCCS, PBCS), Pigment, Prophix, Talentia, Cegid, Netsuite, Workday, Odoo, Blackline, HighRadius or similar.
- A strong track record of leading and developing sales teams in the HK and China market.
- Deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle, particularly in SaaS environments.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically and drive results.
- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English ideally.
- A passion for innovation, growth, and building something meaningful.
