NetSuite Manager Full-Time | Onsite Houston, TX

Salary: Up to $160,000 DOE

As the NetSuite Manager, youll serve as the primary in-house expert for NetSuite across the organization. This is a high-impact role supporting the main business and its manufacturing subsidiaries. Youll collaborate closely with executive leadership and operations teams to finalize ongoing NetSuite implementations, optimize system use, and ensure cross-subsidiary alignment. This is a hands-on position with plenty of strategic oversight and visibility.

Responsibilities: Own and manage all aspects of NetSuite across multiple manufacturing entities Coordinate with subsidiaries to complete NetSuite implementations Configure and customize NetSuite modules to align with business needs Serve as the point of contact for NetSuite issues, enhancements, and user support Train internal teams and promote best practices across functions Collaborate with leadership to ensure NetSuite is aligned with operational goals Oversee ongoing system optimization, integrations, and reporting

Qualifications: 5+ years of NetSuite experience, with strong admin and functional skills Hands-on experience in manufacturing environments (inventory, BOM, WIP, etc.) Experience leading NetSuite implementations and/or multi-subsidiary environments Strong communication and stakeholder management skills NetSuite certifications a plus
