NetSuite Manager – Full-Time | Onsite – Houston, TX

Salary: Up to $160,000 DOE

As the NetSuite Manager, you’ll serve as the primary in-house expert for NetSuite across the organization. This is a high-impact role supporting the main business and its manufacturing subsidiaries. You’ll collaborate closely with executive leadership and operations teams to finalize ongoing NetSuite implementations, optimize system use, and ensure cross-subsidiary alignment. This is a hands-on position with plenty of strategic oversight and visibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage all aspects of NetSuite across multiple manufacturing entities
  • Coordinate with subsidiaries to complete NetSuite implementations
  • Configure and customize NetSuite modules to align with business needs
  • Serve as the point of contact for NetSuite issues, enhancements, and user support
  • Train internal teams and promote best practices across functions
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure NetSuite is aligned with operational goals
  • Oversee ongoing system optimization, integrations, and reporting

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of NetSuite experience, with strong admin and functional skills
  • Hands-on experience in manufacturing environments (inventory, BOM, WIP, etc.)
  • Experience leading NetSuite implementations and/or multi-subsidiary environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • NetSuite certifications a plus
