We are currently looking for a NetSuite SME for a requirement in Poland. You will be acting as the SME for all things NetSuite within the organisation. This role combines technical systems expertise with financial operations knowledge, requiring someone who can bridge the gap between IT and finance teams while driving process improvements and system optimization.

Candidates must be happy to be onsite 4 days per week and not require sponsorship.

  • Technical Skills: NetSuite Finance expertise (full end-to-end: P2P, Order-to-Cash, Finance, Supply Chain)
  • Critical: Must be willing and able to code/develop (SuiteScript, customizations, integrations)
  • Business Knowledge: Strong finance background, ideally with some supply chain/inventory experience
  • Language: English essential, Polish preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of finance systems experience (minimum 5 years with ERP, preferably NetSuite)
  • Strong background in system integrations and ERP implementations
  • Technical skills in ERP customizations, scripting, workflows, and performance optimization
