About the Company:

We are working with a growing manufacturing organization, committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement. They are currently seeking a skilled NetSuite Administrator to join in a hybrid role, supporting the fully live NetSuite ERP system for project-based enhancements, as well as day-to-day support.

Role Overview:

The NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and supporting our existing NetSuite environment. This role will partner closely with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to ensure the system supports business processes, drives efficiency, and meets reporting requirements. This is an ideal role for someone with a strong NetSuite foundation who enjoys problem-solving, process improvement, and being a key point of contact for ERP support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the company’s NetSuite ERP system.
  • Support daily operations and troubleshoot system issues across Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, saved searches, and KPIs.
  • Manage system updates, testing, and deployment of new features.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand process needs and implement system enhancements.
  • Maintain system security, roles, and permissions to ensure compliance and data integrity.
  • Train and support end-users on NetSuite functionality and best practices.
  • Coordinate with external NetSuite partners or consultants as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within NetSuite.
