The position centers on delivering OneStream platform enhancements with minimal external assistance. It demands strong technical expertise in OneStream and insight into its application within a financial reporting and planning environment.
The role plays a pivotal part in maintaining and continuously improving the system through automation, redesign, and new feature development.
It also supports essential business-as-usual activities such as month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial and management reporting.
Additionally, the role involves translating evolving planning and reporting needs into system and data requirements, onboarding new users, and guiding existing users through change management during system updates.
Experience required:
- Expert understanding of OneStream application structure with 3+years of experience supporting and maintain an EPM tool.
- Advanced OneStream building skills (including coding of business rules and formulae), ideally with previous involvement in change projects and system implementation experience
- Vb.net coding experience is a must
- Understanding of both regional and functional forecasting processes across the Group
- Understanding of links between the financial statements (e.g. impact of additional inventory purchases on payables, cost of sales and cash forecasts as well as on inventory)
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude and a proven ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong team player with a proven ability to develop successful cross-functional relationships with Group stakeholders and colleagues at all levels
