What is the role and company?
An international organisation headquartered in Prague is seeking a OneStream Financial Systems Expert to join its finance transformation team. The company is on an ambitious journey with OneStream, having successfully implemented it for financial consolidation and now expanding its use across FP&A, ESG, Tax, and other strategic areas.
This is a permanent position offering the opportunity to become the go-to internal expert for OneStream, supporting system evolution, rollout of new modules, and knowledge transfer across teams. The role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in OneStream and a strong background in finance and performance management.
What will I be doing?
As the OneStream Financial Systems Expert, you will:
- Lead the technical and functional development of OneStream across multiple business domains.
- Act as the internal subject matter expert for OneStream, supporting its use in consolidation, planning, and reporting.
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Configure and enhance OneStream functionalities including dashboards, workflows, cube views, and extensibility rules.
- Support the rollout of new modules and automation of manual reporting processes.
- Provide training and documentation to internal users to build system knowledge and adoption.
- Ensure system accuracy, usability, and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
- Assist with ad hoc requests related to financial reporting, forecasting, and analytics.
What profile will I require?
Required:
- Proven experience with OneStream, including design, configuration, and implementation.
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, FP&A, and controlling processes.
- Familiarity with OneStream technical components such as cube views, dashboards, workflows, and XF Marketplace solutions.
- Experience with scripting languages used in OneStream (e.g., VB.NET, SQL).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English; Czech language is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work on-site in Prague, with flexibility for remote work.
Preferred:
- Experience in a consulting or advisory capacity.
- Background in financial systems transformation or EPM/CPM tools.
- Ability to train and mentor internal teams.
- Willingness to relocate to Prague (relocation support available).
