Presently, I am seeking a Financial Systems Analyst (Specialist) for the Warsaw head office at my client.
What Will I Be Doing?
In this role, you’ll be instrumental in the administration and development of our reporting platform, Onestream, within a large international group setting. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing 1st and 2nd level support to the finance community at my client, collaborating with the OneStream Projects department on issue resolution and updating and writing SOPs as needed.
Conducting ongoing training for the user community on various aspects of the Onestream application and onboarding new users to ensure high-quality and timely reporting.
Participating in projects to develop and implement new analyses and reporting models, particularly focusing on automating data loading from local ERP systems to Onestream.
What Kind of Skills and Background Will I Need to Have?
A university degree in finance or accounting, with exposure to IT systems beyond Office products, or a degree in IT with previous exposure to finance or accounting.
Experience with Onestream and data integration would be advantageous.
Familiarity with other relevant tools such as Hyperion, Tagetik, IBM TM1, SAP BPC.
Proficiency in using the Office suite, particularly Excel, including macros/VBA and #C.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical and structured approach to work, with a critical mindset towards numbers.
A passion for teaching and helping others use the application to enhance their user experience.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across different functions and cultures within an organization.
