We are partnered with an organization seeking a proactive OneStream Systems Analyst to manage and support their enterprise performance management platform. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of our OneStream XF environment, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability in support of key financial processes such as consolidation, reporting, planning, and forecasting.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise, business process understanding, and collaboration skills, working closely with finance, accounting, and IT teams to drive system enhancements and ensure successful execution of EPM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary administrator for the OneStream XF platform, managing user access, metadata, business rules, and workflows.
• Monitor system performance, maintain environments, and coordinate upgrades, patches, and deployments.
• Provide first-line support to users, resolving system issues and coordinating with OneStream support when needed.
• Maintain and update metadata, hierarchies, and data integration points (source systems to OneStream).
• Manage and troubleshoot data loads, transformation rules, and data validation processes.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to support month-end close, consolidations, forecasting, and budgeting cycles.
• Support the development and deployment of dashboards, reports, cube views, and other analytical tools.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, security, and compliance standards (SOX, audit).
• Document technical processes, admin procedures, and user guides.
• Participate in ongoing enhancement projects including new module implementations, automation initiatives, and system integrations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in EPM systems administration, with at least 1–2 years of OneStream experience.
• Solid understanding of financial processes such as consolidation, reporting, and planning.
• Experience administering or supporting financial systems in mid-size to large enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with SQL, VB.NET, or XFBR rules within OneStream.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with data integration tools (e.g., FDM, Data Management).
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, accounting, and IT stakeholders.
