Lead Financial Systems Analyst – Oracle EPM (ARCS & FCCS)
$100,000 – $145,000 base salary + bonus

We are partnered with an organizations seeking an Oracle EPM Lead Financial Systems Analyst with expertise in Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Service (FCCS), Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), and related Oracle EPM solutions. This role will be a key member of the finance systems team, supporting the global consolidation and close processes, managing system enhancements, troubleshooting issues, and partnering with Finance and IT to drive process optimization and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the administration, maintenance, and development of Oracle FCCS and ARCS applications.
- Work closely with Accounting teams to manage the monthly close and reporting processes.
- Maintain metadata, rules, mappings, and hierarchies in FCCS to support financial consolidation and reporting requirements.
- Manage ARCS reconciliations configuration, assignments, and workflow, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Monitor system performance, perform root cause analysis on issues, and implement solutions or escalate as necessary.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document business processes, and translate them into system solutions.
- Assist with the implementation of new EPM features or modules and participate in testing, validation, and user training.
- Create and maintain user documentation, training materials, and procedural guides.
- Ensure data integrity between source systems (ERP/GL) and Oracle EPM applications.
- Support audit and compliance activities related to financial reporting systems and reconciliations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud, specifically with FCCS and ARCS.
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation principles and intercompany eliminations.
- Familiarity with close processes, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.
- Experience with metadata and dimension management in Oracle EPM applications.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Smart View, Excel, and data integration tools (e.g., Data Management, FDMEE).
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
