The role involves working on a mix of implementation and support engagements across finance, planning, and people management systems.

What will I be doing?

In this role, you will:

• Work directly with clients to understand operational needs and translate them into tailored cloud application solutions.
• Configure and deploy modules across finance, planning, or HR domains, depending on your area of expertise.
• Support ongoing service engagements, ensuring performance, stability, and client satisfaction.
• Lead or contribute to testing, training, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption and change management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Stay current with platform updates and industry trends to bring fresh thinking to client engagements.

What profile will I require?

Required:

• A degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Business, or Finance) or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years working with enterprise cloud applications in one or more of the following areas: finance, planning, or HR.
• Experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
• Proven track record in either implementation or managed service support.
• Strong understanding of business processes and how they map to enterprise systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Certifications in relevant cloud platforms.
• Experience with integration tools or APIs.
• Background in analytics or reporting within enterprise systems.
