Oracle Fusion HRIS Systems Specialist
Remote (UK)
£70,000 – £90,000 per year depending on experience
SystemsAccountants are working with a leading organization who are looking for an Oracle Fusion HRIS Systems Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will have strong hands on experience with Oracle Fusion HRIS, ideally having implemented the system previously, and will have strong interpersonal skills, being able to train end users at the company.
Role Responsibilities:
- To immediately assist with finalizing an implementation of Oracle Fusion HRIS.
- To train end users on Oracle Fusion.
- To advise and be the go-to SME for Oracle Fusion internally in the company’s organization.
- After the implementation, the role will be responsible for maintaining the Oracle Fusion system, as well as the client’s ERP system, Unit4 ERP (Agresso).
Key Requirements:
- Must have strong experience with Oracle Fusion HRIS (3+ years)
- Must be based in the US or the UK.
- Must have been part of a systems implementation, and have strong experience in maintaining ERP systems at an end user.
- Must be immediately available, or available on a short notice period.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, being able to manage and work with stakeholders and key systems users.
