Who is the company and what is the context of the role?

Our client is a large international company, a leader in its market, currently undergoing an internal transformation and looking for a PM – EPM Systems H/F to join their team in Paris.

They are seeking an autonomous, driven, and proactive candidate who will act as the internal lead, challenging both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best-fit systems implementation. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with senior-level international stakeholders, internal finance and IT teams, as well as external consultants and software vendors.

What will you be doing?

As a PM – EPM Systems, your responsibilities will include:

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of a complex programs, ensuring solutions are designed, implemented, and integrated effectively.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and proactively drive improvements to maintain high-quality delivery of the program.
• Oversee change management initiatives and provide guidance and support to teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage resources, capacity, and budgets, reporting on program performance to senior leadership and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Analyze, understand, and challenge EPM systems and financial processes, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and optimized for business needs.
• Provide insights and recommendations on financial consolidation, planning, and reporting processes in large, international, and complex settings.

What skills and experience should you have?

You hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Finance and/or Information Systems and ideally have 7+ years of professional experience with EPM tools such as OneStream, SAP BFC, Tagetik, or HFM.

You have a solid understanding of financial processes (consolidation, budgeting, planning, reporting), as well as proven experience in managing complex projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.

You possess strong communication skills in an international environment, with the ability to effectively challenge stakeholders at all levels and collaborate efficiently across teams.

Fluent English is required.
