What will I be doing?

In this role, you will be a key leader within the Business Finance team, tasked with overseeing and managing various projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they meet all objectives within the set timelines. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Project Management: Steering projects to ensure they are delivered on time and meet planned objectives.
  • Process Analysis: Evaluating existing business processes to pinpoint improvement and optimization opportunities.
  • Automation Identification: Seeking out potential for automating manual processes to boost efficiency.
  • Optimization of Business Processes and Systems: Crafting and deploying strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations.
  • Standardization and Documentation: Creating and upholding standardized processes and documentation to ensure uniformity and adherence to compliance standards across the organization.
  • Implementation of New Standards: Rolling out new standards and best practices to elevate process efficiency.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks associated with projects and operations to minimize disruptions.
  • Change Management: Managing organizational change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and successful adoption of new processes and systems.

What kind of skills and background will I need to have?

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills to effectively identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Experience with process optimization and automation tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration across various teams and departments.
  • A solid grasp of risk management and change management principles.
