Based in Ireland, the role sits within a high-performing and rapidly growing team focused on delivering strategic change across finance, technology, and shared services. The firm is known for its deep expertise in digital finance transformation, and this role will play a key part in leading complex programmes across ERP, EPM, and analytics platforms.
As part of its continued expansion, the firm is seeking a Senior Manager to take on a leadership role within its Finance Transformation practice, driving delivery excellence and client engagement across multiple sectors.
What will I be doing?
As a Senior Manager, you will:
- Lead large-scale finance transformation programmes, overseeing multiple workstreams and managing cross-functional teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, shaping solutions that align with strategic objectives.
- Own the delivery of complex projects involving ERP and EPM platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tagetik, OneStream, Anaplan).
- Drive business development efforts, including proposal creation, client presentations, and account growth.
- Provide subject matter expertise in finance operating models, performance management, and digital enablement.
- Mentor and develop consultants and managers, fostering a high-performance and inclusive team culture.
- Collaborate with global colleagues to bring innovative thinking and best practices to local engagements.
This is a strategic and delivery-focused role, offering the opportunity to influence major transformation programmes and contribute to the firm’s growth.
What skills and profile will I need?
We’re looking for someone with:
- 10+ years of experience in finance transformation, consulting, or enterprise performance management.
- Proven track record in leading complex transformation programmes from strategy through to execution.
- Strong knowledge of finance processes, reporting, and enabling technologies (ERP, EPM, analytics).
- Experience managing senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making at C-suite level.
- Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, MBA, or project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
- Commercial acumen and the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
- A collaborative leadership style and a passion for developing others.
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
