  1. Provide day-to-day support for NetSuite users, including troubleshooting issues, resolving system errors, and answering user inquiries.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into NetSuite solutions.
  3. Customize and configure NetSuite to meet business needs, including creating custom fields, workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards.
  4. Lead the implementation of new NetSuite modules or features, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and processes.
  5. Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
  6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements, and lead initiatives to optimize NetSuite functionality.
  7. Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of NetSuite capabilities.
  8. Stay current with NetSuite updates, new features, and best practices, and recommend strategies for maximizing system efficiency.
  9. Collaborate with IT and other departments to troubleshoot technical issues, perform system upgrades, and ensure data integrity.
  10. Assist with data migration, data cleansing, and system testing activities as needed.
